This Yellow Birch Natural solid hardwood flooring brings Scandinavian warmth to any room. The light honey tones and distinctive grain patterns create a bright, inviting atmosphere that opens up your space.
What You See: A creamy blonde base with warm amber swirls and occasional mineral streaks. Each plank tells a different story — subtle knots and natural color variation give your floor authentic character without overwhelming the design.
Yellow Birch Collection Specifications:
- Solid wood construction — 3/4" thickness for generations of wear
- 3-1/4" wide planks with micro-V bevel on all 4 sides
- Nuance grade — small knots, filled knots, and mineral streaks allowed but limited
- Aluminum oxide finish with 20% matte sheen
- Tongue and groove installation — nailed or stapled
- Janka hardness rating: 1260
- 20 sq ft per box
Warranty: 35-year residential finish warranty and lifetime structural warranty.
Installation Note: Suitable for main and upper floors. Not recommended for radiant heat or below-grade installations.

- Greater Montreal: our own delivery team — curbside or garage drop standard. Free over the local qualifying threshold; a small flat charge below it.
- Rest of Canada: palletised LTL freight via Day & Ross, Vitran, and partner carriers — curbside delivery by appointment.
- Add-ons within Greater Montreal: 2nd-floor carry, elevator buildings, and white-glove placement available for an additional fee.
- Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on postal code and order weight — you see the full total before paying.
- Damage on receipt? Inspect the pallet and outer cartons before signing. Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with photos and a video of the damage if you can take one.

- Where: pickup is available at our store locations during business hours. The available pickup point appears on your order confirmation.
- When: we email and/or text you as soon as your order is ready — please wait for that notification before coming in.
- Bring: photo ID matching the order name, and your order number.
- Loading help: palletised or heavy items may need advance arrangement so our team can help load. Let us know one business day ahead if you'll need a forklift or staff assist.
- Returning a pickup order: bring it back to our DDO location (88 Brunswick Blvd), Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — that's the only intake point for returns.

We know a vanity, floor, or tile can look a little different in your home than it does on a screen — so every order is backed by a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If it's not right, we'll help you make it right.
The short version:
- 30 days to change your mind, from the day your order arrives.
- Choose store credit and pay nothing to return it — we don't deduct return shipping. Prefer cash back? That's available too, with return shipping deducted.
- Unopened in its original packaging? No restocking fee.
- Arrived damaged? Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with a couple of photos and we'll replace it free.
