Flooring Products Warranty

Golden Elite Deco offers a limited, non-transferable warranty on our flooring products. This includes a 25-year residential and 5-year light commercial warranty, covering manufacturing defects, wear, and structural integrity. The warranty is applicable under normal use and with proper maintenance.

Bathroom Furnishings Warranty

Our bathroom furnishings, including vanities, mirrors, faucets, bathtubs, and accessories, come with a 1-year limited, non-transferable warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note: all plumbing and electrical items should be installed by licensed professionals

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, alterations, improper installation, or lack of maintenance. Products damaged due to exposure to inappropriate environments or conditions are also excluded from warranty coverage. All plumbing and electrical items should be installed by licensed professionals

Extended Warranty

Our extended warranty extends for three (3) years from the original date of purchase and covers specific issues of our bathroom furnishings beyond our standard warranty provisions. For full details about our extended warranty, please contact our customer service department. 

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the defect. Our team will review your claim and guide you through the resolution process.
