Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The Golden Elite Deco Store Credit Rewards Program (“Program”) is a loyalty rewards program offered by MGA Commodities Inc., operating as Golden Elite Deco (“we”, “our”, “us”). The Program allows eligible customers to earn store credits on qualifying purchases.

2. Eligibility

The Program is open to all customers who have a registered account on goldenelitedeco.com. No additional sign-up or membership fee is required.

3. Earning Store Credits

Customers earn store credits equal to 2% of the purchase subtotal (before applicable taxes and shipping charges) on every qualifying order placed through goldenelitedeco.com or at any of our retail locations.

4. Activation Period

Store credits earned on a qualifying purchase become available for redemption 30 calendar days after the date of that purchase. During this 30-day period, credits are considered pending and cannot be used.

5. No Expiry

Once activated, store credits do not expire. They remain in the customer’s account until redeemed.

6. Redemption

Store credits may be applied toward the purchase of any products available at Golden Elite Deco, whether online or at any of our four retail locations (DDO, Saint-Léonard, Laval, Brossard). Store credits are promotional reward units issued under this loyalty program. They do not constitute a prepaid card, gift card, gift certificate, or any other monetary instrument. They hold no cash value. Store credits cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded to any payment method, exchanged for cheque or bank transfer, or converted into any form of monetary payment under any circumstances.

7. Non-Transferability

Store credits are non-transferable and are linked exclusively to the customer’s registered account.

8. Returns and Refunds

If a qualifying purchase is returned, any store credits earned from that purchase will be revoked from the customer’s account. If an item purchased using store credits is returned, the credit  refund for the portion paid with store credits will be issued as store credits, not as a monetary refund.

9. Program Modifications

Golden Elite Deco reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program at any time. In the event of discontinuation, any existing activated store credits will remain valid for a minimum period of 90 days following the announcement of such change.

10. Governing Law

This Program and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act (CQLR, c. P-40.1).
