Our Price Match Plus Policy ensures that if you find a similar product at a lower price with a competitor, we will not only match the price but also offer you an additional 5% discount on the matched price.

How Our Price Match Plus Works

If you find a lower price for a similar product from a competitor, here's how our policy works:

• The product must be similar, including in quality, features, and warranty.
• The competitor's price must be currently valid, verifiable, and available to all customers.
• The product must be in stock and available for purchase at both Golden Elite Deco and the competitor.
• This policy excludes clearance, liquidation sales, online-only, special order, and non-retail, private sales.

Submitting a Price Match Plus Request

To take advantage of our Price Match Plus, please provide the following:

• Evidence of the lower price, such as a current advertisement or the website address (URL) showing the product and price.
• Your Golden Elite Deco receipt if the purchase has already been made.

Our staff will review your request and verify the competitor’s price. Once approved, we will match the competitor's price and apply an additional 5% discount on that price at the point of purchase or refund the difference if you have already purchased the item.

Exclusions

While we strive to accommodate all price match requests, there are some exclusions:

• Prices from auction sites, third-party sellers, or requiring memberships.
• Products shipped from or sold by international retailers or websites.
• Prices influenced by rebates, coupons, or bundle offers not available to all customers.
• Products that are marked (on either site) as: clearance, liquidation, online-only, special order, and non-retail, private sales.
