How we deliver
All orders placed on www.GoldenEliteDeco.com ship anywhere in Canada, or you can pick them up at one of our four stores in Greater Montreal. Make sure the address you enter at checkout is a valid Canadian address — we may hold orders briefly for verification.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. In-store pickup hours vary by location — check the page for your store. Processing and delivery times are best estimates, not guarantees: weather, courier delays, or peak-season volume can shift things by a day or two. As soon as your order ships or is ready for pickup, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Inside Delivery upgrade — Greater Montreal only (+$75)
For deliveries within roughly 50 km of our Dollard-des-Ormeaux warehouse — Montreal Island and Laval (H*), the South Shore (J3V, J3X, J3Y, J3Z, J4*, J5*, J6*), and the North Shore (J7*) — you can upgrade from curbside to Inside Delivery at checkout. Our own driver will carry your items to a 2nd floor, basement, or building elevator for $75 above the standard delivery rate.
Outside the Greater Montreal zone, all deliveries are curbside only.
Remote zones — custom freight quote
If your postal code falls in a remote zone (Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, far Northern Ontario, or a small number of very remote FSAs), checkout will display a "Custom Freight Quote" placeholder of $1,499. Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com with your full shipping address and we will reply within 1 business day with a binding quote based on real-time carrier availability. We ship within Canada only.
Curbside delivery, everywhere
All deliveries across Canada are curbside only. Our drivers will set your items down at the closest accessible point outside your home or building — they aren't permitted to enter the property.
Plan ahead to have a hand or two ready to move heavy items (vanities, tubs, tile pallets) indoors. This keeps everyone safe and lets us meet our insurance and regulatory requirements. Questions? Our customer service team is happy to help you plan the drop-off.
Two ways to receive your order in Montreal
If you're in Greater Montreal, you have a choice: have your order placed inside your garage, or dropped at the curb. Both are scheduled in advance, with a delivery window agreed at checkout.
Garage delivery
We bring your order directly into your garage — secure, sheltered, and out of the way until you're ready to install. Ideal for bulky items like vanities, tubs, and tile.
Curbside delivery
Your order is placed at the curb or the closest accessible point. Convenient, contact-light, and great if a garage drop isn't an option.

You'll get an order confirmation right away, and a second email when your items are ready. Wait for the second one before heading over.

Bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation (printed or on your phone). That's it.

Order cancellations
We do everything we can to fulfill every order, but Golden Elite Deco reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. If we have to, we'll reach out using the contact info you provided. If your card has already been charged, we'll refund it in full to the same payment method.
When this might happen
Product unavailable
An item is listed but out of stock, or becomes unavailable after you order.
Pricing or description error
We catch a mistake in the price or product details and need to correct it.
Shipping issue
A carrier problem or routing error prevents us from delivering on time.
Order irregularity
The order looks fraudulent or violates our terms of service.
Supply or demand spike
Unexpected stock issues or demand make fulfillment impossible.
Your options
Re-order (subject to stock), pick an alternative, or take a full refund.
