- Rest of Canada: palletised LTL freight via Day & Ross, Vitran, and partner carriers — curbside delivery by appointment.
- Add-ons within Greater Montreal: 2nd-floor carry, elevator buildings, and white-glove placement available for an additional fee.
- Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on postal code and order weight — you see the full total before paying.
- Damage on receipt? Inspect the pallet and outer cartons before signing. Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with photos and a video of the damage if you can take one.

- When: we email and/or text you as soon as your order is ready — please wait for that notification before coming in.
- Bring: photo ID matching the order name, and your order number.
- Loading help: palletised or heavy items may need advance arrangement so our team can help load. Let us know one business day ahead if you'll need a forklift or staff assist.
- Returning a pickup order: bring it back to our DDO location (88 Brunswick Blvd), Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — that's the only intake point for returns.

- Choose store credit and pay nothing to return it — we don't deduct return shipping. Prefer cash back? That's available too, with return shipping deducted.
- Unopened in its original packaging? No restocking fee.
- Arrived damaged? Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with a couple of photos and we'll replace it free.

Très satisfait dans l'ensemble. Belle qualité de meuble. J'ai due modifier le tiroir du bas pour faire de la place au siphon. J'ai aussi fait un trou dans la panneau central pour passer le drain de l'évier de droite. Petite déception: rien n'est prévu pour sécuriser le comptoir de quartz sur le meuble, il reste flottant. Une chance qu'il est lourd et n'a pas tendance trop à bouger. Je le replace contre le mur à l'occasion...

Hi Todd, finding a single-sink 72" vanity can be tough as the industry standard for vanities that size is a double sink setup, so most manufacturers only offer them that way. My recommendation would be to go with a custom-made countertop. We can provide specs for our countertops to match the cabinets perfectly, so you'd get the exact single right-sink configuration you're looking for in your preferred dark color.
