Golden Elite Deco 3-Year Extended Warranty for Bathroom Products
Introduction
Golden Elite Deco ("Company") is committed to providing our customers with high-quality bathroom furniture, including vanities, cabinets, and other related products. To further enhance customer satisfaction and confidence in our products, we are offering a 3-Year Extended Warranty ("Warranty") that covers specific issues beyond our standard warranty provisions.
Warranty Coverage
This Warranty extends for three (3) years from the date that the original product warranty ends and covers the following conditions specifically related to bathroom furniture purchased from Golden Elite Deco:
- Warping: Distortion in the shape or form of the product not caused by improper installation or use.
- Peeling of Finish: Loss of the surface layer of the product, including paint or laminate, under normal usage conditions.
Exclusions
This Warranty does NOT cover damage or defects resulting from:
- Flooding: Water damage due to flooding or excessive moisture exposure not resulting from product malfunction.
- Scratches: Surface damage resulting from normal wear and tear or misuse.
- Chemical Product Spills: Damage from the spillage of harsh chemicals, solvents, or cleaners not recommended for use with the product.
Claim Process
To file a warranty claim under this Warranty, the customer must:
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to Golden Elite Deco's customer service team within the warranty period to initiate a claim.
- Proof of Purchase: Provide a valid proof of purchase showing the date and details of the original purchase. The client must retain a copy of their original purchase receipt to be eligible to claim the warranty.
- Damage Assessment: Allow Golden Elite Deco, or its authorized representatives, to assess the damage and determine eligibility under this Warranty.
- Resolution: If the claim is approved, Golden Elite Deco will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or provide a comparable solution for the defective product.
Additional Provisions
- Spare Parts: Golden Elite Deco reserves the right to provide a spare part to replace a defective part of the product, rather than replacing the whole product. This approach allows us to address the specific issue directly while ensuring the longevity and functionality of our bathroom furniture.
- Labor Costs: Whether Golden Elite Deco provides a spare part or a whole unit (if necessary) for the replacement, the Warranty does NOT cover the labor costs associated with repairing or replacing the defective product. The Warranty exclusively covers the product itself, not the labor or any associated costs of repair or replacement.
Limitations
- This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
- The Warranty coverage is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product only and does not cover any associated costs such as installation, removal, or transportation, including labor costs for repair or replacement.
- The decision to repair or replace a product, or to provide a spare part, is at the sole discretion of Golden Elite Deco.
General Conditions
- Golden Elite Deco reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Warranty without notice. However, such changes will not retroactively affect the Warranty terms in place at the time of purchase.
- This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

- Greater Montreal: our own delivery team — curbside or garage drop standard. Free over the local qualifying threshold; a small flat charge below it.
- Rest of Canada: palletised LTL freight via Day & Ross, Vitran, and partner carriers — curbside delivery by appointment.
- Add-ons within Greater Montreal: 2nd-floor carry, elevator buildings, and white-glove placement available for an additional fee.
- Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on postal code and order weight — you see the full total before paying.
- Damage on receipt? Inspect the pallet and outer cartons before signing. Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with photos and a video of the damage if you can take one.

- Where: pickup is available at our store locations during business hours. The available pickup point appears on your order confirmation.
- When: we email and/or text you as soon as your order is ready — please wait for that notification before coming in.
- Bring: photo ID matching the order name, and your order number.
- Loading help: palletised or heavy items may need advance arrangement so our team can help load. Let us know one business day ahead if you'll need a forklift or staff assist.
- Returning a pickup order: bring it back to our DDO location (88 Brunswick Blvd), Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — that's the only intake point for returns.

We know a vanity, floor, or tile can look a little different in your home than it does on a screen — so every order is backed by a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If it's not right, we'll help you make it right.
The short version:
- 30 days to change your mind, from the day your order arrives.
- Choose store credit and pay nothing to return it — we don't deduct return shipping. Prefer cash back? That's available too, with return shipping deducted.
- Unopened in its original packaging? No restocking fee.
- Arrived damaged? Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with a couple of photos and we'll replace it free.
A few common-sense exceptions apply: installed items, special orders, and opened flooring or tile cases are final sale. The full policy has the details.
