Golden Elite's SPC Vinyl Click Flooring features a wood-grain aesthetic that provides the look and feel of real hardwood.
Manufactured from a durable stone plastic composite (SPC) core, it maintains its structural integrity even in high-traffic areas.
SPC flooring is built with a rugged top layer that resists scratches, wear, and stains for maximum durability, while the patented 5Gi drop-lock click system enables quick, easy installation. It can be installed over any subfloor type, making it ideal for kitchens, laundry rooms, living areas, bedrooms, offices, and more.
Additionally, every click includes built-in underlayment padding for sound and temperature insulation, eliminating the need for extra membranes during installation.

- Greater Montreal: our own delivery team — curbside or garage drop standard. Free over the local qualifying threshold; a small flat charge below it.
- Rest of Canada: palletised LTL freight via Day & Ross, Vitran, and partner carriers — curbside delivery by appointment.
- Add-ons within Greater Montreal: 2nd-floor carry, elevator buildings, and white-glove placement available for an additional fee.
- Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on postal code and order weight — you see the full total before paying.
- Damage on receipt? Inspect the pallet and outer cartons before signing. Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with photos and a video of the damage if you can take one.

- Where: pickup is available at our store locations during business hours. The available pickup point appears on your order confirmation.
- When: we email and/or text you as soon as your order is ready — please wait for that notification before coming in.
- Bring: photo ID matching the order name, and your order number.
- Loading help: palletised or heavy items may need advance arrangement so our team can help load. Let us know one business day ahead if you'll need a forklift or staff assist.
- Returning a pickup order: bring it back to our DDO location (88 Brunswick Blvd), Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — that's the only intake point for returns.

We know a vanity, floor, or tile can look a little different in your home than it does on a screen — so every order is backed by a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If it's not right, we'll help you make it right.
The short version:
- 30 days to change your mind, from the day your order arrives.
- Choose store credit and pay nothing to return it — we don't deduct return shipping. Prefer cash back? That's available too, with return shipping deducted.
- Unopened in its original packaging? No restocking fee.
- Arrived damaged? Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with a couple of photos and we'll replace it free.
A few common-sense exceptions apply: installed items, special orders, and opened flooring or tile cases are final sale. The full policy has the details.

I was the one who wrote the 5 star review before. Not able to revise but just wanted to say do not buy this floor. It’s a beautiful colour but I’ve had problem after problem since I bought it. First off it’s a drop click system - so many of the end butts broke because they do not fit together easily. I wish I bought floors with the uniclic system. If these aren’t installed perfectly you will get gaps. Secondly this shows every spec of dirt and hair!! Lastly since they are so Matte they really show any oil smudge or liquid mark so don’t even think of putting this in your kitchen. I wish I didn’t install this but I had spent thousands and can’t return it.
Beautiful flooring. Not the easiest to install as a first timer though. We’ll see how these stand the test of time!
