Order Pickup
How order pickup works. For the full policy, see Shipping & Pickup Policy.
- Where: pickup is available at our store locations during business hours. The available pickup point appears on your order confirmation.
- When: we email and/or text you as soon as your order is ready — please wait for that notification before coming in.
- Bring: photo ID matching the order name, and your order number.
- Loading help: palletised or heavy items may need advance arrangement so our team can help load. Let us know one business day ahead if you'll need a forklift or staff assist.
- Returning a pickup order: bring it back to our DDO location (88 Brunswick Blvd), Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — that's the only intake point for returns.
30-Day Returns — We're Here to Help
30-Day Returns — We're Here to Help
We know a vanity, floor, or tile can look a little different in your home than it does on a screen — so every order is backed by a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If it's not right, we'll help you make it right.
The short version:
- 30 days to change your mind, from the day your order arrives.
- Choose store credit and pay nothing to return it — we don't deduct return shipping. Prefer cash back? That's available too, with return shipping deducted.
- Unopened in its original packaging? No restocking fee.
- Arrived damaged? Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with a couple of photos and we'll replace it free.
A few common-sense exceptions apply: installed items, special orders, and opened flooring or tile cases are final sale. The full policy has the details.
Still deciding? Our team is happy to help you match a finish or confirm dimensions before you order — just reach out.

One Piece Toilet - Pesaro - White
Toilette intelligente de belle qualité, confortable moderne et très fonctionnelle. Nous regrettons vraiment pas notre choix
Très confortable, practique pas utilisation de papier toilette plus de propreté et la toilettes restée toute temp propre se magnifique
Looks great and works well so far. I really like the temperature settings for the seat, water, and dryer. My only comment is about the installation instructions—they’re not very detailed. If the toilet is installed close to the wall, you need to route the electrical cable behind the toilet before installing it, as there isn’t enough space once it’s in place. I wish we had known that beforehand.
Love my new stylish toilet
