30-Day Returns â We're Here to Help
We know a vanity, floor, or tile can look a little different in your home than it does on a screen â so every order is backed by a comprehensive 30-day return policy. If it's not right, we'll help you make it right.
The short version:
- 30 days to change your mind, from the day your order arrives.
- Choose store credit and pay nothing to return it â we don't deduct return shipping. Prefer cash back? That's available too, with return shipping deducted.
- Unopened in its original packaging? No restocking fee.
- Arrived damaged? Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with a couple of photos and we'll replace it free.
A few common-sense exceptions apply: installed items, special orders, and opened flooring or tile cases are final sale. The full policy has the details.

Beautifully made vanity. I am very happy with my purchase. Great service, too!
My contractor hasnât installed it as yet but we have unpacked it for inspection and it looks to be a really nice quality vanity.Dove tailed joints and quality soft close hinges. Marble top and backsplash look great too. Undermount sinks came pre installed and I prefer that they are separate from the counter over the moulded in sinks cheaper vanities have. I shopped around a lot and there was nothing as nice as this available at this price point. Anything comparable was hundreds of dollars more. Shipping was quick too. Highly recommended, I will purchase from here again!
Absolutely amazing, starting from delivery to unwrapping. The vanity quality along with style and features has received many compliments from friends and neighbours. Well Done 5 Star
The backflash works well. The whole design of this furniture is modern and sleek.
Vanity is great, had to exchange the first one received due to scratches on the wood. However, customer service was very helping with the switch.
Delivery was professional and very careful to the 2nd floor. There was a slight default to the 2nd vanity, but was compensated fairly. Will definitely purchase from Golden Elite again.
