- Greater Montreal: our own delivery team — curbside or garage drop, scheduled by appointment. Free over the local qualifying threshold; a small flat charge below it.
- Rest of Canada: palletised LTL freight via Day & Ross, Vitran, and partner carriers — curbside delivery by appointment. Faucets and shower fixtures ordered on their own ship by parcel (UPS or Canada Post).
- Inside Delivery within Greater Montreal: our driver carries your items to a 2nd floor, basement or building elevator for an additional fee.
- Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on your postal code and order total — you see the full total before paying.
- Damage on receipt? Inspect the pallet and outer cartons before signing. Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with photos and a video of the damage if you can take one.

- Where: pickup is available at our store locations; pickup cut-off times vary by store (see our store locator). The available pickup point appears on your order confirmation.
- When: we email and/or text you as soon as your order is ready — please wait for that notification before coming in.
- Bring: photo ID matching the order name, and your order number.
- Loading help: palletised or heavy items may need advance arrangement so our team can help load. Let us know one business day ahead if you'll need a forklift or staff assist.
- Returning a pickup order: bring it back to our DDO location (88 Brunswick Blvd), Mon–Fri 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM — that's the only intake point for returns.

The short version:
- 30 days to change your mind, from the day your order arrives.
- Choose store credit and pay nothing to return it — we don't deduct return shipping. Prefer cash back? That's available too, with return shipping deducted.
- Unopened in its original packaging? No restocking fee.
- Arrived damaged? Email contact@goldenelitedeco.com within 48 hours with a couple of photos and we'll replace it free.

Sidney Zrihen gave me great advice and then introduced me to Renovation chez Toi, who did the work. The vanities, plumbing fixtures, shower stall, mirror, tub, and tile, all came from Golden Elite. I am quite pleased. I only wish that the software would have allowed me to upload more than one image. We did 2 bathrooms at the same time.

This shower base looks way more sturdy than the one I replaced. It is thick and has a nice textured finish. The plate that covers the drain is a bit "simple", but it's sleek and requires less maintenance than one in stainless steal. I recommend it!

I went to look at many different bathroom stores all around montreal but with no luck unfortunately until I stumbled upon Golden Elite. We had found a great looking vanity and we also ended up buying all the other items such as the shower glass and base, double vanity with backsplash, and 2 different sets of porcelain tiles for 2 rooms : bathroom and solarium. Prices were less than anywhere else and the quality was much better in terms of overall looks and build material. The vanity was real wood with a thick paint layer for the bathroom humidity, the tiles are of great quality and super hard and came covered in plastic film. They can have an oily texture on them but in the end it has helped with the grout process. I have some that came broken from transport but the driver took pictures themselves and brought it back with them so I would get another box once notified from the store. I had dealt with Leo and he was an excellent service rep and always willing to help. Very professional and highly recommended. Tell him you were referred to by me, "Dany D". Adding some pics of the in progress work and you can see that it's very nice. They have other locations as well but service during and after sales service was great.
